This project involves the refurbishment of an existing three storey build in Tullamore, Co.Offaly. The proposed works will provide a new auditorium area with seated balcony, new stairways, passenger lift, new toilets, ticket office, storage and changing area. Existing facilities at 2nd floor level will remain unchanged except where the construction of the new lift and stairs encroach. Tender price shall include for all Mechanical and Electrical works listed in the Scope of Works.
