NVA is tendering for design team services to progress the project to RIBA stage D, and to undertake the design and preparation of information to support the submission of a Round 2 application to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) with a view to continuing to completion of the building contract. There will be a break clause at Stage D and progression will be subject to funding being secured.NVA is seeking an architect, working in close partnership with a landscape architect, led design team, highly skilled in the conservation of modernist buildings, comprising architect, landscape architect (joint lead consultants), quantity surveyor, structural engineer, services engineer, hydrologist, access consultant and CDM co-ordinator.he first stage in the process is the completion of this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ).
