Kingsway Campus Capital Project.
Descriptions
The proposed contract is for the Design and Build of works to refurbish, partially demolish and complete new build elements of Kingsway Campus at Dunstable, Bedfordshire, UK. The refurbished campus will provide further education facilities to include catering, hair and beauty, media, real work environments and administrative space. The overall GIA of the newly refurbished elements is expected to be approximately 4,500 sq m.
