Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England — (North Midlands) and NHS Mansfield and Ashfield CCG (the Commissioner) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver GP Services (APMS) for Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre. It is anticipated that the contract shall run from 1.10.2017 until 30.9.2020 with an option to extend up to a further 2 years. The anticipated contract value is 1 380 000 GBP over 3 year contract and 923 000 GBP for the additional 2 years (excluding QOF and Enhanced Services).
