The Council has a need to commission a Covid-19 Outreach service as the current services available has not proved suitable for everyone in our Kirklees population.We know that outreach testing including home testing, mobile testing for small outbreaks and surveillance testing in care homes and other community settings is required to bridge this gap. Without the Covid-19 outreach testing service there is no provision for outreach testing.
