The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking a suitably skilled and qualified Contractor to deliver on going kitchen maintenance (both planned and reactive) to a variety of school types in the London Borough of Lewisham.This includes but is not limited to the following areas:Maintenance of:— Catering equipment on both a reactive and planned basis,— Kitchen fabric (mechanical and electrical works, floors, ceilings, walls, doors, etc.) on both a reactive and planned basis;— Statutory compliance testing:— Gas Safety Tests,— Portable Appliances,— Duct Cleaning,— Gas Testing.The Contract will be issued for a period of 2 years and 4 months with the option to extend for up to 2 years at the Council's discretion.
