Knowledge Transfer, Innovation and Advisory Service under the Wales Rural Development Programme

The Welsh Government on behalf of Welsh Ministers, wishes to procure knowledge transfer, innovation and advisory services to be delivered through the Farming Connect Delivery framework. There are four individual Lots within this framework:-Knowledge transfer programme targeting the farming and forestry sector;-Lifelong learning and development programme targeting the farming and forestry sector;-Advisory services targeting farming, forestry and food manufacturing SMEs;-Accredited training, support and independent quality assurance of knowledge transfer, intermediaries and advisors.Knowledge transfer, innovation and advisory service elements of the new Farming Connect will align with and provide the core underpinning activities necessary for meeting the six main priorities of the Rural Development Plan.Please note that there were no successful bids for Lot 4 and that the procurement for lot 4 has therefore been abandoned.
