The contract was for procurement of qualitative recruitment of participants to take part in laboratory-based research between September 2015 and April 2016 for the Pension Wise program consisting of: 1) Web channel: 16 laboratory-based user research days in Central London, with each day likely to involve up to 6 participant taking part in research sessions that last between 45 and 90 minutes. 2) Face-to-face and phone channel: 6 laboratory-based user research days in Central London, with each day likely to involve up to 6 participants taking part in research sessions that last between 45 and 90 minutes. Follow-up calls with all participants.
