The Top and Bottom Labelling Solution to comprise of aThermal Labelling System. The supplier will supply ahandling system with mounting for the Top Labelling andBottom Labelling process. The Labelling heads will bemounted above and below the split conveyor belt. Theconveyor will be split into two sections and the label willbe applied through the gap in the conveyor belts. Thesystem will have a variable speed module and a 300mmwide food grade belt with adjustable side guides.There will be product sensors mounted at the side of theconveyor system. As each pack passes this sensor, asignal will be given to the Labelling headand the labels fed and wiped onto the pack by therespective applicators.
