Descriptions
Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery, installation and calibration of a Twin Screw Reactive Extruder (REX). The REX machine will be used mainly for (a) depolymerisation of polyesters to produce monomers for use in virgin polymer manufacturing, (b) polymerisation of polymers and (c) chain extension of polymers to increase performance and sustainability. The equipment must also be capable of carrying out polymerisation and depolymerisation of an array of different polymer types including PE, PET, PS, PP, PLA and PHB to service industry needs for increased polymer sustainability.
