Tenders are sought for the Design and Manufacture of a Nitinol Endovascular medical device and associated basic delivery system. The device will be located in the carotid artery and has features similar to a carotid stent. Quantity x twelve (12), representing progressively different development at various stages of the project, will be required.Stages of the contract will include:•Review of previous study outcomes, Concept generation phase & design iteration•Experimental phase involving prototypes and bench testing •Manufacture, Assembly, sterilising (can be outsourced) preparation •Support for non-GLP pre-clinical testingAll of the above stages must be included in the package solution price.●Project Commencement –Feb ’23 Estimate (contract & Tender process dependent)●Project Duration – Estimated up to 6 months of works by tenderer, followed by support for non-GLP pre-clinical testing (by others) that will last up to 3 months.
