Descriptions
The project's overall objective is to provide a suitable partner (individual or organisation) to lease Brockhole House as a hostel. This includes utilising all three levels of the house, with a public area on the ground floor. The ground floor will also include a catering operation which is also part of this tender. The National Park reserves the right to continue to run the catering in house. There will be a requirement to accommodate the National Park's Information Service and retail outlet, both of which we see combined with the partner's operations. The National Park's Learning Officer will remain based on site to deliver formal and informal learning opportunities and events. They will be one of the 6 people requiring office space within the house.
