Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, as the Lead Administrative Body for the Taff Bargoed Catchment Restoration Scheme (“Restore the River”) would like to procure a two-stage Design and Build project for a sediment management installation at Parc Taf Bargoed, Merthyr Tydfil.
