Lancashire County Council is responsible for delivering a wide range of Public Health services including the Healthy Child Programme which is the main universal health service for improving the health and wellbeing of children, delivered through Health visitor and School Nursing services. Lancashire County Council is in the process of undertaking an exercise to potentially commission the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and other related services in Lancashire including:1. Vision Screening2. Infant Feeding Support Service3. Oral Health Improvement ServicePrior to any potential procurement activity we wish to consult stakeholders about the key elements of our plans.
