Economic Operators will be required to provide:1.4.1 Environmental Liabilities— Utilities and Services Surveys that identify, trace and accurately demarcate all sub-surface drainage, services, supply lines, underground storage tanks, signalling infrastructure and utility features.— Intrusive site investigations of soils and groundwater.— Land contamination risk assessments in accordance with all current best practice and regulatory requirements including:A) preliminary risk assessments,B) generic quantitative risk assessments,C) detailed quantitative risk assessments,D) options appraisals,E) remedial strategies,F) implementation plans and,g) Verification Reports.1.4.2 Environmental Assessments and Surveys: — examples of some of the required works are illustrated below:— ecology/wildlife surveys,— topographical survey,— asbestos survey,— tree survey,— ecological impact assessment (can form a chapter within environmental impact assessment),— environmental impact assessment,— archaeological impact assessment,— transport assessment,— noise and vibration impact assessment,— air quality impact assessment,— landscape and visual impact assessment,— built heritage impact assessment,— sunlight/shadow assessment,— flood risk and drainage assessment.
