The University are seeking to appoint supplier(s) for the support and maintenance of a range of telecommunications services, including mobiles, landlines, analogue and VoIP services, divided into two lots:Lot 1 Landline, Analogue and VoIP Services, consisting of:Landline call and data provision;SIP Trunking provision;Support and development of the VoIP infrastructure;Support of the two legacy PABX devices and their decommission;Provision of analogue emergency and security lines.Lot 2 Mobiles, consisting of:Mobile phone hardware provision;Mobile phone call and data provision;Mobile phone customer support.
