The Contract is for a Landscape Maintenance Contract Works for Economic Development Portfolio which is for 34 Sites located across Wrexham County Borough.The works in this Contract consist of landscape maintenance works and from time to time subject to future levels of funding, the contractor will be required to deliver landscape improvement works as tabled in each site as “Additional Works”. The works include:(i)Grass cutting & strimming with different grass cutting regime heights;(ii)Pruning beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iii)Weed control beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iv)Edging shrub beds;(v)Maintenance of paved areas and footpaths - spraying;(vi)Litter removal including leaves in autumn;(vii)Hedge maintenance;(viii)Moss removalNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
