The contract is for a Landscape Maintenance Contract Works for the Economic Developement Portfolio which is for 13 sites located across Wrexham County Borough Council.The works in this Contract consist of landscape maintenance works and from time to time subject to future levels of funding, the contractor will be required to deliver landscape improvement works as tabled in each site as "Additional Works". The works include:(i) Grass cutting & strimming with different grass cutting regime heights;(ii) Pruning beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iii) Weed control beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iv) Edging shrub beds;(v) Woodland management;(vi) Maintenance of paved areas - spraying;(vii) Litter removal including leaves in autumn;(viii) Hedge maintenance;Landscape Maintenance Contract works are for a contract period of 2 years programmed to commence 2nd January 2012.
