EPA Headquarters site occupies approximately 7.5 acres of a 500-acre heritage landscape. The EPA requires landscaping maintenance service to ensure the site is maintained and kept well. The services of the landscaping contractor will continue to assist with the EPA’s ambition to manage and promote biodiversity on our own site coupled with the integration of the building into the rural landscape.
