Laois Tourism, operating under the umbrella of Laois Chamber Alliance are seeking to appoint a marketing company to promote and market Laois as a premier tourism destination in Ireland .The role has been identified as a key pillar in the Tourism strategy, “A Strategic Plan for Tourism in Laois 2018-2023 “. The strategy recognises the importance of a coordinated communication approach, which would assist all stakeholders harness the power of the brand, allowing the county to maximise its position within Ireland Ancient East alongside its wonderful natural assets. The aforementioned strategy, as noted above can be located online at https://www.laois.ie/wp-content/uploads/Laois-Tourism-Strategy-2018-2023.pdf sets out a number of “destination connector projects” to help achieve the overarching objective for the country.
