Laundry Equipment in Sheltered Accommodation

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) intends to purchase 32 Washing Machines and 27 Tumble Dryers which will be installed in Sheltered Accommodation Units across the County Borough. The location where each machine will be installed is detailed in the quotation document attached to this notice.In addition, a minimum of 5 Washing Machines and 8 Tumble Dryers will be purchased on an ad hoc basis within 18 months following the initial purchase. This is to replace existing machines that WCBC use through existing lease agreements once these lease agreements have ended. The prices quoted per machine in the quotation will be the prices adhered to for the machines that are also purchased on an ad hoc basis.Organizations are therefore invited to submit a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of the Washing Machines and Tumble Dryers as per the Pricing Schedule. The make / model of Washing Machines and make / model of Tumble Dryers should be the same throughout the pricing schedule.
