Lincolnshire County Council will be looking to procure the services of Supplier(s) to enter into a contract for Civil Parking Enforcement Services.The purpose of the contract is parking enforcement for on-street and off-street parking across Lincolnshire including the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and the administration and processing of PCNs and suspension notices.The Contract is anticipated to commence on 1st November 2024.The Council would like to further understand options available relating to Civil Parking Enforcement Services.The Council invites Suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity via the Pro-Contract portal no later than 12th January 2024 at 1pm..
