Leeds City Council is seeking a maintenance partner accredited to Cisco Gold Partner level, to provide Data Network Hardware Maintenance, support, design, supply and implementation services, as provided in the summary Inventory, for both its data and voice networks. This will include the addition/removal of any new/retired components during the course of this Agreement. The partner should also be accredited in the following technology areas which are aligned with our equipment summary list:— Routing and Switching;— Unified Communications (VoIP);— Security;— Data Centre Networking;— Wireless LAN; and— Optical Networking.The services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to:— Pre-delivery design and build services which encompass the Cisco product portfolio;— The provision of on-site engineering support and consultancy to assist with project work and operational enhancements;— A call logging service and help desk facility;— Hardware maintenance and configuration;— Operational support;— A comprehensive service level agreement (SLA) which accommodates the different spectrum of Cisco devices ranging from on-site 24/7 support to Cisco ‘Lifetime’ warranties;— Service reporting against SLA; and— Facilitate technical roadmap briefings, end of life notifications and optional services such as capacity management and software upgrades.
