This specification outlines the scope of duties for the Electrical and IT Engineering installations and solutions for the proposed Hydrogen Microgrid/Private Wire scheme in Methil, Scotland.The works include the expansion of the existing Private Wire network to connect a total of 9 properties to the hydrogen scheme. The existing private wire network supports 3 buildings:— Hydrogen Office;— Fife Renewables Innovation Centre;— Methil Docks Boat Club.This will be expanded to accommodate 6 further buildings:— Quayside House 1 and 2;— Cannons Doctor Surgery;— Poppyview Childcare Centre;— Thomson House;— Bayview Stadium.This specification has been developed based on a non-intrusive survey undertaken at the properties on 30.4.2015. All installations shall be designed in accordance with the relevant British Standard and/or Codes of Practice.
