Lead Designer to Produce Concept Designs for the new St Christopher’s School

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) wishes to appoint a Lead Designer to work with the local authority, school and key stakeholders to produce Architectural concept designs (RIBA Stage 2) for the new St Christopher’s Special School building and site.Key requirements include:•Prepare Architectural Concept incorporating Strategic Engineering requirements and aligned to Cost Plan, Project Strategies and Outline Specification•Agree Project Brief Derogations•Undertake Design Reviews with client and Project Stakeholders•Prepare stage Design ProgrammeThe Design Team shall be led by an appropriately qualified and experienced Architect (the Lead Designer) with demonstrable experience in delivering similar projects.
