This provides an opportunity for our highest level leaders to accelerate their leadership journey towards world class. Participants, recommended by HIE, will comprise ambitious leaders from our highest growth organisations and may include leaders from our inward investment portfolio.The successful supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational structure for the programme to reflect international best practice which will challenge and transform leadership ambition in the Highlands and Islands.
