Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) proposes a leadership programme to stimulate and develop ambitious leadership which sits at the heart of business growth. The programme will be designed for a wide range of participants in both private and third sector organisations all at different stages in their journey toward being high performing leaders. It aims to deliver a step change in the leadership capability and capacity of 300-400 individuals from 200-300 unique businesses across the Highlands and Islands region.The requirement is split into 2 Lots:— Lot 1: Emerging Leaders/ Leadership for Growth,— Lot 2: Mentoring (business mentoring to accelerate the leadership journey).This particular Notice relates to Lot 1. Bidders can submit a response for one or both Lots. Bidders who are interested in bidding for Lot 2 can do so by locating the respective PCS/OJEU Notices, which were both published on the same date with "Leadership Programme" in the contract description.
