The service required is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training for a team of 10 practitioners. The training will enable the team to: •Apply a structured approach to problem solving and to build their confidence in supporting improvements in a standardised way. •Understand the synergies between Lean and Six Sigma as well as some Agile techniques and going beyond DMAIC into Design Thinking, and DMADV •Give the delegates he skills to speed up change projects to ensure early successes •Ideally encourage the delegates to achieve BQF Green Belt certification (not a mandatory requirement of this training)
