This contract is an extension of a previous contract which has been held between UK Sport and the supplier which follows up on work already undertaken. The contract includes: 1. Using data, insights and current literature, to design a learning and development (L&D) plan for the LA cycle and advise on the design of the People Development Strategy which will: a. Include a four year and annual plan for L&D (with focus on PDs, Chairs and CEOs) b. Identify strategic priorities with specific connection to the Coaching Strategy 2032 c. Map key priorities at individual (role specific), sport/partner and cross community level 2. Providing immediate technical expertise to the following focus areas: a. Recommendations on our current and future digital offer and how this is evolved b. Design of a needs analysis to inform support and development across the community c. Design the offer to Performance Directors for 2025 including • Support to small and wider group discussions • Proactively sourcing executive coaching and mentoring resource as required • Providing subject matter expertise in leadership and change, ability to lead leaders The total costs of this contract is expected to be £48,000 which is an extension of a previous contract which ran from November 2024 to February 2025. (before Procurement Act 2023 came into effect). The new contract runs from March 2025 to July 2025 for continuation of services which relies on previous work and knowledge of supplier.
