The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to determine the future delivery options for services for the Supported Employment service for people with Learning Disabilities and the Asperger's Service.In order to inform the future commissioning activity, soft market testing is required with potential suppliers and organisations with relevant experience in delivering similar services, to understand how the LD Supported Employment Service and Asperger's Service might best be delivered.The key aims of this SMT exercise are as follows:— To understand Provider interest in some or all of the services;— To discover new and innovative delivery models for some or all of the services;— To suggest a mobilisation period and test if this is viable;— To share a suggested timetable of the commissioning process.
