HEE wishes to develop a multi-professional career framework for health and social care specific to learning disability and autism. We are sending this request for quotation to potential suppliers. The contract duration will be initially for four months and renewed after this subject to satisfactory performance of the supplier, and the continuing need from the authority. Deliverable 1a - to be completed in 4 weeks from project start date •Find and collect all relevant information to map and describe each of a career, education and funding pathways and content creation including: othe identification of all relevant intelligence related to career pathways for the learning disability and autism workforce and other healthcare professions oReview of relevant career frameworks including usage and any evaluation of effectiveness oReport with findings including identifying any gaps to support the next phase oQualitative fact finding to fill any gaps identified and identify solutions to ensure the final product is accurate clear and usable to the target audience. Deliverable 1b - to be completed within 4 weeks from deliverable 1a •Validation and testing findings: - oEstablish that pathways are valid and any linked resources are still valid and viable oUser testing with key stakeholders who will have an interest, including Skills for Care, Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG)/Private sector, Health Careers, HEIs, Local Government, College of Social Workers, RCN, RC Psych, British Psychological Society, AHP Federation (please see appendix I) oAudiences who will be using the resource including people working in other sectors/fields, job seekers, students, people already employed in the industry, employers, careers service, schools, colleges, universities and organisations with parachute packages (Police, Fire, Armed Forces, private companies etc.). Deliverable 2 - to be completed within 4 weeks from deliverable 1b •Mapping and production of the career, education and funding pathways based on findings for the learning disability and autism workforce: oWritten and illustrative career map and pathway for the workforce oRecommendations on delivery solution based on audience insights including consideration of digital and interactivity, use of media and case studies •Establish working relationship with design and creative partners.
