This Contract Notice is issued by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) in connection with the competitive procurement of supported Living Services for people with learning disabilities in tenancies at Oak Close and John Street which are currently provided by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). The tender process was conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.The support will be personalised, flexible and meet people’s individual needs. Social inclusion will be promoted throughout all aspects of service delivery. The schemes will need to go through a period of change in terms of approach and culture to enable service users to have increased choice and control.
