The Learning Partner will work with the Creative Arts Coordinator, lead artist and local practitioners to define the best approach to evaluation and learning. We would like to undertake a co-produced approach to the evaluation, including service users in defining learning questions and making recommendations.The Creative Arts Coordinator and wider Wallich Staff will support the facilitation of evaluation activity throughout the project. The Learning Partner will:•Design a logic model and define priority outcomes for the project•Design the overall framework for the evaluation•Develop the data collection tools for the evaluation•Support reflection activities within the team and with partners, including support to develop a suitable structure for this•Carrying out some research activities with participants and external partners and stakeholders•Support in the development of the second half of project delivery based on findings from the initial 10-week programmesNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137437.
