Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council wishes to offer experienced retail or market management operators the opportunity to run a viable and sustainable market venture in the former Trinity Chapel building in Abertillery Town Centre, Blaenau Gwent (postcode location - NP13 1DA).Interested parties are expected to submit business proposals detailing Operational Strategies for delivery of a quality market facility which meets the modern day consumers aspirations and complements the existing retailing offering in Abertillery Town Centre. Other uses/business proposals for the building will be considered, provided they are compatible and are supported by a strong business case.A 6 year Lease of the building will be offered to the company/persons with a strong, well planned business proposal which will help compliment and improve Abertillery Town Centre’s current retail offering.
