Carmarthenshire County Council is inviting Tenders for the Lease of Catering Facilities at the County Council’s Offices in St David’s Park, Carmarthen for the period 13 December 2010 to 30 November 2013. The successful tenderer will be expected to use the facility to:a) Provide a Catering Service for staff located on site,There will also be an opportunity to expand the business via:b) Providing a sandwich delivery service on site.c) Providing Special Function catering for the St David’s Park site (where required).Please note, that the Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations 2006 (TUPE) will apply to this contract.
