Leathermarket CBS are seeking to develop a site within Southwark to create 50 new affordable homes. Leathermarket CBS are seeking to employ an Architect to lead on all aspects of design (Lot 1) and a Development Manager to lead on the management of the procurement and construction phase of the project. Although initially only for one project there is potential that over the duration of the contract additional development projects may arise and these will be included within the scope of the appointment.
