Awarded
LEE633C - UL RFT for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Battery Testing Equipment to the Bernal Institute, University of Limerick (UL).
Descriptions
University of Limericks, Bernal Institute, request the supply of a Battery Testing Equipment and analysis software for use in a material science research lab. The principal purpose of the instrument is to be able to analyse and assess the secondary battery performance of new active material anodes and cathodes in both half-cells and full-cells. We require a Multi-channel (minimum 40 independent channels), research grade battery cycler with a voltage window of +/- 5 V to and the ability to apply currents from +/- 10 μA to +/- 100 mA. At least 5 of these channels must have electrical impedance spectroscopy capability (EIS). We require a flexible platform capable of being used with both coin cells and Swagelok cells that has intuitive user friendly software for setting up programmes and subsequently analysing the acquired data.
