Leeds City Council is considering the most appropriate way to procure suitably qualified and experienced organisation(s) to deliver an in-depth analysis of current corporate fleet operations, including utilisation, funding and ownership models and delivery of de-carbonisation and air quality commitments. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding several areas related to the potential procurement exercise.
