The current key responsibilities of the supplier includes;- Ensuring security requirements are met for all items entering the retail units, this involves X Ray scanning items and hand searching- Long and short term baggage storage.- Management of lost property and,- Meeting all relevant security requirements detailed by Network Rail and DfT. This includes training staff, asking security questions,Ancillary services currently includes (but are not limited to);- International and domestic baggage shipping,- Secure bag wrapping,- Mobile phone charging,- Luggage weighing,- The sale of goods such as souvenirs and travel bags,- Dry cleaning services, and,- Concierge services.
