Descriptions
The London Legacy Development Corporation ('the Contracting Authority') has procured a development partner (‘Development Partner’) to deliver the next phase of housing on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park ('the Park'). The Development Partner will be responsible for delivering approximately 1 500 homes, commercial spaces and recreation areas in the areas of East Wick and Sweetwater on the Park. The Development Partner will work with the Contracting Authority to deliver the Project which includes enabling and other infrastructure as well as certain services and supplies. The sites are located on the western edge of the Park in the London Boroughs of Hackney (East Wick) and Tower Hamlets (Sweetwater).
