National Highways are considering putting in place a new procurement vehicle that will continue to deliver the Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction programme. Legacy Concrete Roads Reconstruction Framework will consist of 2 Lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2) and include: - demolition of existing concrete pavements - construction of new pavement to meet National Highways standards - changes to or replacement of associated assets as required - Principal Designer duties when instructed - preliminary design solution - detailed design solution - Principal Contractor duties when instructed - traffic management - provision of welfare facilities - public and stakeholder engagement and communications
