Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of legal advice services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies.It is intended that this agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all legal services in respect of a number of general specialisms, finance specialisms, complex projects, trade law service and rail legal services, as required by UK Central Government Departments.The drivers for the development and procurement of this agreement are to:Provide buyers with a compliant route to market for UK Law, international trade law negotiation and disputesOffer an improved agreement for both buyers and suppliersProvide buyers with access to high quality legal servicesAchieve value for moneyThis agreement will ultimately replace and bring together the specialisms currently available under the live agreements:RM6179 Legal ServicesRM6204 Rail Legal ServicesRM6183 Trade Law PanelThe final Lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement.This procurement is being conducted under the new public procurement regulations.The duration of this agreement will be confirmed following further market engagementFurther information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3.
