Circle Anglia Ltd as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a framework agreement for use by all Circle Group partners as identified in V) 1.3 (and any future Circle Group partners), which consist largely of registered providers of housing but also associated commercial organisations. Those group partners have a need for legal services in the following areas:Conveyancing and development, construction advice, contracts and procurement advice and drafting, litigation (in particular housing management litigation), commercial litigation, employment advice and litigation, mergers and acquisitions (particularly in the healthcare sector), governance and policy advice (particularly in relation to housing association structures and regulation), financial transactions and structures (including treasury management and taxation), risk management and insurance advice, other miscellaneous legal advice, representation and transactional work.
