This opportunity is being carried out under "Light Touch Regime" schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015Greenfields is inviting legal providers to submit tenders for inclusion onto a Legal Services framework agreement.The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years commencing 19.12.2018 and will be open to Greenfields and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members. Full details of membership may be viewed accessing the following website https://www.paessex.gov.uk/.Tenderers are welcome to submit for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below. All tenderers shall complete the ITT Stage One document as well as the ITT. If a tenderer shall be deemed to “fail” at Stage One their ITT submission will not be considered.
