This takes the form of joint procurement, joint board learning and training, and collaboration and information sharing across the members. The ‘group that isn't a group' came together in 2004, and current members include First Ark Group, Halton Housing Trust, Leeds Federated Housing Association and Stafford and Rural Homes.Generate is seeking bids from service providers to participate in a legal services framework to provide legal support in the following lots:Lot 1: PropertyLot 2: Human Resources and EmploymentLot 3: Corporate and FundingLot 4: Housing ManagementSuccessful bidders will be required to provide a range of legal services to Generate including, but not limited to, those set out in the ‘Generate Legal Tender - Required Services' document included within the tender.This tender is being undertaken as a Part B service as defined by Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 #5.
