The following describes the expected legal support required at the time of writing. This will be called offas and when required.Set up and Management of Local Supply Arrangement•Advising on the terms of the agreement with a Licenced Electricity Supplier for local energy supply•Storage system PPA and aggregation contractingCommercial contract support•Contractors will be required for the Construction Contractors. This will include the provision, review,•support in the negotiation phase, advising in the administration of contracts.•The preferred contract type has not yet been determined, but it is assumed that an industry standard•such as NEC3 or FIDIC would be used.Company and administrative•Administration of company administrative requirements, Memorandum and Articles, Management of•regulatory requirements, shareholders admin etc.Dispute resolution (as required)•The client is not currently aware of any dispute affecting the project. However in the event that a•contractual dispute arises, the legal advisers will be required to support the client in resolving disputes•quickly and cost effectively.General legal support•The project may also require support on health & safety, employment, IP/data security and GDPR and•other legal support as required in a project of this nature.
