Wales National Pool Swansea (“WNPS”) and Swansea University (“SU”) seeks to appoint a single source framework supplier for the provision of a Leisure Management System and Access Control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion, for the provision of a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services at two sites; Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus. The supplier will need to be capable of commencing system build no later than week commencing 17th June 2019 to enable the system to be launched and go live on the 4th September 2019 ahead of the start of the next academic year.
