The Board of Management of Limerick Educate Together Secondary School (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). The goods are required to be supplied and installed in Limerick Educate Together Secondary School on 1st August 2023 once the building has been handed over. In summary, the Goods comprise: of Loose furniture and equipment mostly based on specifications by the Department of Education (DE) for schools. This public procurement competition (the “Competition) will be in [3 Lots] (each a “Lot”) as described below. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for any or all Lots. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot (Lot 1, 2, 3) tendered for as provided in Appendix 1. Incomplete Lots will not be considered.Note: Tenderers must be aware that there will only be a tight opportunity from purchase order placement and for delivery and installation. Required is, delivery to site, distribution to rooms. Furniture to be set out in the rooms in readiness for use, boards to be distributed as advised, clean-up and remove all packaging.
