Lewes District Council Repairs and Maintenance Contract.
Descriptions
Lewes District Council (LDC) owns and manages approximately 3 470 homes within East Sussex in Southern England. LDC seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter in to a contract to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance works. It is intended that the contract will commence in February 2018, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of 5 years with the option for extension decided by LDC, for up to a further 5 years subject to satisfactory annual reviews. The maximum duration of the contract is 10 years. The annual estimated value for the works is 3 300 000 GBP. It may also be possible that LDC will expand the scope of the contract to include properties owned or managed by Eastbourne Borough Council, Eastbourne Homes Investment Company Ltd and Eastbourne Homes Limited.
