Lewisham Construction Hub (LCH) will support local people and businesses to directly participate in, benefit from and contribute to, the economic growth generated by development in and around the borough. The core aim is to enable LB Lewisham to work with highly experienced and suitably skilled delivery partners to provide a seamless service that links Lewisham’s residents and business with the construction-linked training, learning, employment and contracting opportunities generated by development activity in Lewisham borough and the wider area. LCH will comprise a suite of service delivery functions, which must be delivered in a well-managed and highly-coordinated way and to the highest standards, in order to fully meet the needs of all users, including local resident and business beneficiaries, developers and contractors.
